Best Burger Topping Ever.



Anyone else as obsessed with a good burger as much I am? I have you covered, lovers.

Perfectly grilled juicy and tender beef burgers with a black pepper mushroom sauce and some caramelized onions and peppers hurt no one ever!

, I always love trying new toppings and this one is bomb.

For the mushroom gravy:

- 1 can of button mushrooms or a small container of fresh mushrooms

-2 tablespoons butter

-2 tablespoons flour

-1/2 Serrano pepper ( finely chopped)

-1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

-1 teaspoon black pepper

-1/2 teaspoon salt

-1 cup Whole milk(Warm)

Directions:

- Put butter in a saucepan and melt over medium high heat.

-Now put sliced mushrooms and cook until browned.

- Add black pepper, salt and Serrano peppers.Sauté some more.

- Sprinkle flour and stir until it has coated all the ingredients, add Worcestershire sauce and gradually add wanted milk. Stir until Sauce is thick.
