My “Gone in sixty seconds”brownies are insane. These brownies are so easy to make but oh so good. If you make them ,you’ll realize what you have been missing all this time! These are chocolate-y ( why is this word not in the urban dictionary? Let’s start a petition on that), chewy, salty and highly addictive on the dessert addictometer ( Another word for urban dictionary). Try them and let me know . They were so good that they just couldn’t make it to a nice platter . And I was so excited to post the recipe that I’ll leave you all guessing who ate this missing piece!💗.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup good quality cocoa( I use Dutch processed cocoa)
1/2 cup flour
Coarse Sea Salt for topping
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees Farhenheit. Line your pan (I used an 8 by 8) with parchment or baking paper. And grease it.
In a saucepan melt butter over stove top on low heat until it becomes brown on the sides, careful not to burn it. Now add coffee and vanilla and mix .
Take the mixture off the stove, pour in a mixing bowl(let it cool a few minutes) and add in brown sugar and beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy, add eggs one by one, now add flour and cocoa alternating(don’t overmix), pour in a pan and sprinkle with sea salt .
Bake on 350•F for 25 minutes .Let set for 15 minutes. Slice and Enjoy!
