Biscoff Magic Bars

If you have had magic bars , you know you just cannot have one. I may steal the slogan for Pringles, once you pop , you cannot stop. Lame but true. Magic bars are the easiest to bake and are so addictive. I love them because they keep well for over a week that is if they last that long. They won’t, promise. I switched regular graham cracker crumbs for Biscoff cookie crumbs because I love Biscoff cookies too much. And I have also used Biscoff cookie spread on top as well , you know you can add Nutella instead as well! I would love to see what y’all come up with! Tag me if you make these and don’t be upset at me if you put on some pounds . I used all kinds of baking chips that I had , but if you don’t have all of the ones listed below, just use 1 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips . Crumbled up pretzels would be so good in here as well! Swipe to see how the tray looks! Ingredients: -3 cups Biscoff cookie crumbs (grind 27 biscuits into a food processor) -1/2 cup butter (melted) -1/2 cup milk chocolate chips -1/2 cup white chocolate chips -1/2 cup caramel balls -1/2 cup butterscotch chips -1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice( I used almonds but pecans and walnuts would be so good too) -1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut -1 can condensed milk -1/2 cup Lotus Spread (melted), Nutella or peanut butter can be substituted Directions: - Preheat oven to 350° F , line an 11 by 15 inch baking sheet with parchment paper. - In a large bowl mix together cookie crumbs and butter util thoroughly mixed, now put the mixture on the lines baking sheet and press with the back of a glass or a measuring cup , layer it evenly covering it fully. Now bake for ten minutes and let cool. - Sprinkle the baking chips , nuts and coconut evenly. - Pour condensed milk evenly and then pour lotus spread in dollops , use a fork or a knife to make a swirly pattern. - Bake for another 15 minutes and let cool completely. - Cut the bars and serve ! Enjoy!
